Forging relationships across the lighting industry, Josh brings experience of lighting projects for residential, hospitality and retail spaces across a diverse range of clients through more than a decade in the lighting industry.
Kacper Lewandowski – Sales, London
Using his background in technical lighting solutions helps Kacper bring projects to life across London and the surrounding area. He works closely with clients to enable sophisticated lighting solutions, and ensures Nova always meets the technical needs of every project.
Colin Lewis – Head of Operations
In his role across the breadth of operations, Colin heads up our manufacturing team in London and our 5-acre distribution and logistics facility in Nottinghamshire. He relies on his extensive experience in warehousing, IT, ERP, and customer service to ensure swift production and exceptional quality control.
Shikha Patel – Head of Finance
Shikha brings over a decade of finance experience to the team, combining technical accounting with commercial insight to ensure Nova’s Finance Department runs like clockwork.
